Yes, the minimum requirement for a screen-printing order is 12 shirts per design but there are restrictions on number of colors for that quantity.
We usually ask for 7-10 business days. This can vary depending on size of order and current orders being filled. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when you have made your deposit AND we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs/orders with extra add-ons may increase your turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order you MUST let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order.
We can print up to 6 colors.
We do not provide preproduction prints. The screen-printing setup process is much too time consuming to set everything and wait for you to approve a printed proof because it takes up a spot on the presses. Once everything is setup we can’t change much anyway, so it’s best to iron out all of those details before we begin production.
Pictures from websites are usually 72 dpi. This is not high enough quality to be screen printed.
The artwork needs to be based on the smallest sized shirt that you are ordering. When screen printing, the artwork stays the same dimensions no matter the size of the shirt.
It is best to send is your artwork by email in either jpeg or pdf of at least 300dpi. Please also be very detailed when requesting specific sizing.
We do request a 50% deposit on all new orders to begin processing.
If you can provide a current copy of your reseller’s permit/tax exemption form, then we can deduct the tax. A copy is required at the time of pickup in order to process correctly.
The more shirts you order, the lower the cost of the ink fee and sometimes, the shirts. Each color requires an additional screen and setup. If you limit your colors, you can keep your costs down.
